Block Calls:
- Launch “Contacts”
- Access “All contacts”
- Select the contact you want to block
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
- Turn “All calls to voicemail” ON
Unblock Calls:
- Open “Contacts”
- Go to “All contacts”
- Select the contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”
Block Messages:
- Open Google Messenger
- Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
- Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
- Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”
NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived, and notification alerts are turned off for all archived messages.
Unblock Messages:
- Open Google Messenger
- Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
- Select the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
- Tap “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
- Tap “Unblock [phone number]”
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Launch “Phone”
- Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
- Go to “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be missing if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
- Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
- Tap “Enable” to confirm
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Open “Phone”
- Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
- Go to “Call forwarding”
- Select to forward calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
- Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
- Tap “Enable” / “Update”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Open “Phone”
- Tap “Menu”
- Access “Settings”
- Go to “Call forwarding”
- Select the forwarding option you want to turn off and tap “Disable” to confirm
