Transfer Audio Files from a PC:
- Connect the Android device to the PC via USB
- Enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” when prompted or from the Notification area
- Launch the File Explorer on the computer
- Locate the audio files on the PC storage
- Copy and transfer the desired files to the phone storage, in the “Ringtone” folder
- Once completed, eject the phone storage via system tray and disconnect the device from the USB port
Change the General Ringtone:
- Launch “Settings”
- Go to “Sound & Notification”
- Select the desired ringtone and ta “OK”
- Optionally, you can turn “Also vibrate for calls” ON or OFF
Change a Specific Contact’s Ringtone:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be set for contacts located on the phone’s internal memory or SIM card.
- Open “Contacts”
- Tap and hold the desired contact
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu” > “Set ringtone”
- Select the desired ringtone
- Tap “OK”
Change the Notification Alert:
- Open “Settings” and access “Sound & Notification”
- Tap “Default notification ringtone”
- Select the desired notification alert sound
- Press “OK”

It didn't work. Computer says there is no phone connected just a "disc" called Huawei P Smart or HiSuite
