Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Ensure you are viewing “All contacts”
3. Select the contact you want to block
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Access “All contacts”
3. Select the contact you want to unblock
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

1. Open Google Messenger
2. Select the conversation exchanged wit the contact/phone number you want to block
3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
4. Tap “Block [phone number]”

NOTE: The conversation and future messages will be archived. Notifications are disabled for all archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

1. Launch Google Messenger
2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
3. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
5. Tap “Menu” again and access “People & options”
6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Access “Settings”
4. Go to “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if unsupported by your carrier)
5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact
6. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Access “Settings”
3. Go to “Call forwarding”
4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy’
5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
