Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the desired contact and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Turn “All calls to voicemail” OFF

Block Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messenger
  2. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]”

NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages sent by the blocked contact will be archived. Notifications will be disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Press “Menu” again
  6. Access “People & Options” and tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if call forwarding is unsupported by your carrier)
  4. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively you can select a contact from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” / ‘Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
