Create a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap “+”
  4. Select an account to use for syncing the contact. Alternatively, you can select a different storing method
  5. Enter the contact’s name, phone number, and other optional details in the appropriate fields
  6. Tap “Done”

Import/Export Contacts:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Import/Export”
  4. Select to “Import from SIM”, “Import from storage” or “Export to storage”

Assign Contacts to Speed Dial:

  1. Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
  2. Go to “Widgets”
  3. Drag and drop the “Direct Dial” widget over an empty area on the home screen
  4. At the prompt, select the contact you want to link with the widget

NOTE: You can repeat the steps to add additional Direct Dial widgets for more contacts on the home screen. You can also organize these widgets in folders on the home screen by dragging one widget and dropping it over another.

Delete Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to remove
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Tap “Delete” > “OK”

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Call history”
  4. Optionally, select a call log entry to view more details
  5. To reset the call log, tap “Menu” > “Call history”
  6. Tap “Clear call history”

Create a Caller Group via a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to use for the group’s creation
  4. Tap “More Fields” > “Group name”
  5. Tap “Create new group”
  6. Enter the desired name
  7. Tap “OK”

Assign Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the desired contact and tap “more Fields” > “Group name”
  4. Tap “Create new group”
  5. Enter the desired group name and tap “OK”
