Share iPhone Contacts via iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer with Internet access, you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. Then you can sync the account data, including contacts, with the Android device.

  1. Connect the iPhone to the computer via USB
  2. Open iTunes on the computer
  3. Click the iPhone and go to “Info” then enable “Sync Contacts With
  4. Select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
  5. Log in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
  6. Click “Apply” to start the sync
  7. Once the sync is done, switch to the Android device and log in with the same account used in iTunes
  8. Set the account to sync contacts with the Android phone

Share iPhone Contacts via iCloud Backup:

NOTE: In case your iPhone contacts are backed up on your iCloud account, you can sign in with the account on a computer with Internet access and export the contacts in a vCard file for Android use.

  1. Launch the Internet browser on the computer
  2. Head down to https://www.icloud.com/
  3. Log in with your iCloud account
  4. Go to “Contacts” and select the desired contacts
  5. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard
  6. After the process is done, perform one of the following steps:
    • Open the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to Google Contacts, or:
    • Connect the Android device to the computer via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and use “Contacts” to import it to your phonebook

Using My Contacts Backup:

NOTE: While the methods above require access to a computer, alternatively you can share your iPhone contacts using third-party apps. My Contacts Backup is an iOS third-party app you can use to back up and share contacts via email.

  1. Visit the App Store and install My Contacts Backup on the iPhone
  2. Launch the app and create a vCard of your iPhone contacts
  3. Once done, send the app to your own email address
  4. Switch to the Android phone and open the email
  5. Download the attached vCard and import the file to your phonebook using “Contacts

Via Send Anywhere:

NOTE: Send Anywhere is another third-party app you can use, available on Android and iOS. The app uses a peer-2-peer connection to share contacts and other file types without computer access.

  1. Go to the App Store and install Send Anywhere on the iPhone
  2. Visit the Play Store and install the same app on the Android phone
  3. Launch the app on both devices
  4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts
  5. Select the desired contacts and tap “Send
  6. Lastly, select a transfer method on one of the phones and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process
