Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact/phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to unblock and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail’

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
  5. Press “OK”

NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact/phone number will be archived. Notification alerts are turned off for all archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” and go to “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive” > “Menu”
  5. Go to “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Access “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might not be available if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
