Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:
- Open “Contacts”
- Access “All contacts”
- Select the contact you want to block
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”
Unblock Incoming Calls from a Contact:
- Launch “Contacts”
- Go to “All contacts”
- Tap the contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
- Disable “All calls to voicemail”
Block Incoming Messages:
- Open Google Messenger
- Tap the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
- Tap “Menu”
- Go to “People & Options” and tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”
NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts will be disabled for all archived messages.
Unblock Incoming Messages:
- Open Google Messenger
- Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
- Tap the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
- Press “Menu” again and go to “People & Options”
- Tap “Unblock [phone number]”
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Launch “Phone”
- Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
- Go to “Call forwarding” (this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
- Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or select a contact from the phonebook
- Tap “Enable”
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Open “Phone”
- Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
- Go to “Call forwarding”
- Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered” “When unreachable” or “When busy”
- Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
- Tap “Enable” / “Update”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Open “Phone”
- Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
- Go to “Call forwarding”
- If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
- Tap “Disable”
