Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Incoming Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messages
  2. Open the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
  5. Press “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived, and notification alerts will be disabled for all the archived items.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messages
  2. Tap “Menu’ > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding” (note: this feature might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  3. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or select a contact from the phonebook
  4. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered” “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
