Block Incoming Calls:
- Launch “Contacts”
- Go to “All contacts”
- Tap the contact you want to block
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
- Enable “All calls to voicemail”
Unblock Incoming Calls:
- Open “Contacts”
- Access “All contacts”
- Tap the contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
- Disable “All calls to voicemail”
Block Incoming Messages:
- Launch Google Messages
- Open the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
- Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
- Tap “Block [phone number]”
- Press “OK” to confirm
NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived, and notification alerts will be disabled for all the archived items.
Unblock Messages:
- Launch Google Messages
- Tap “Menu’ > “Archived”
- Select the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
- Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
- Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
- Tap “Unblock [phone number]”
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
- Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding” (note: this feature might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
- Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or select a contact from the phonebook
- Tap “Enable”
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Open “Phone”
- Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
- Go to “Call forwarding”
- Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered” “When unreachable” or “When busy”
- Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
- Tap “Enable” / “Update”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Launch “Phone”
- Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
- Go to “Call forwarding”
- If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
- Tap “Disable” to confirm
