Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Incoming Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Select the conversation exchange with the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
  5. Press “OK”

NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived, and notification alerts will be disabled for all archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive” > “Menu” > “People & Options”
  5. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding” (this feature might be missing if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Disable” for confirmation
