Block Incoming Calls:
- Open “Contacts”
- Access “All contacts”
- Select the phone number/contact you want to block
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
- Enable “All calls to voicemail”
Unblock Incoming Calls:
- Open “Contacts”
- Go to “All contacts”
- Select the contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu’
- Disable “All calls to voicemail”
Block Incoming Messages:
- Open Google Messenger
- Select the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
- Tap “edit” > “People & Options”
- Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”
NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts will be disabled for all archived messages.
Unblock Messages:
- Open Google Messenger
- Tap “Menu”
- Go to “Archived”
- Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number you want to unblock
- Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive” > “Menu”
- Access “People & options” and tap “Unblock [phone number]”
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Open “Phone”
- Tap “Menu” and go to “Settings”
- Tap “Call forwarding” (this option might be unavailable if the feature is unsupported by your carrier)
- Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding and tap “Enable”
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Open “Phone”
- Tap “Menu”
- Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
- Select to forward calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
- Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
- Tap “Enable” / ‘Update”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Launch “Phone”
- Tap “Menu”
- Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
- Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
- Tap “Disable” to confirm
