Transfer Audio Files from a PC:
- Connect the Android phone to the PC via USB
- Enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” on the phone when prompted or from the Notification area
- Open the File Explorer on the PC
- Locate the audio files on the computer
- Copy the desired files and paste them to the phone storage in the “Ringtones” and “Notifications” folders
- Once the transfer completes, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB port
Change the General Ringtone:
- Open “Settings”
- Access “Sound & Notification
- Select the desired ringtone
- Tap “OK”
- Optionally, turn “Also vibrate for calls” ON or OFF
Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be set for contacts stored on the phone’s internal memory or SIM card.
- Open “Contacts”
- Tap and hold the desired contact
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu” > “Set ringtone”
- Select the desired ringtone
- Tap “OK”
Change Notification Alerts:
- Open “Settings”
- Go to “Sound & Notification”
- Tap “Default notification ringtone”
- Select the desired notification ringtone and tap “OK”
