Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact/phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts” and go to “All contacts”
  2. Tap the contact you want to unblock, then tap “Edit”
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messages
  2. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Go to “People & Options”
  5. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation and future messages sent by the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts will be disabled for all archived items.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messages
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Tap “Menu” again
  6. Access “People & Options” and tap “unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively, select a contact from the phonebook
  5. When ready, tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Access “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable”
