Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:
- Open “Contacts”
- Go to “All contacts”
- Select the contact/phone number you want to block
- Tap “Edit” > “menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”
Unblock Calls from a Contact:
- Open “Contacts” and go to “All contacts”
- Tap the desired contact
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
- Disable “All calls to voicemail”
Block Messages:
- Launch Google Messages
- Select the phone number/contact you want to block
- Tap “menu” > “People & options”
- Tap “Block [phone number]”
- Tap “OK”
NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived and notification alerts will be disabled for all the archived messages.
Unblock Messages:
- Launch Google Messages
- Tap Menu” > “Archived” and select the conversation exchanged with the phone number or contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
- Tap “Menu” again and go to “People & Options”
- Tap “Unblock [phone number]”
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
- Access “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
- Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
- Tap “Enable” to confirm
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Launch “Phone”
- Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
- Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
- Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
- Tap “Enable” / “Update”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Launch “Phone”
- Tap “Menu”
- Access “Settings” tap “Call forwarding”
- If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
