Share iPhone contacts via iTunes:

NOTE: You can use iTunes on a computer with Internet access to sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. Then you can sync the account data and contacts with the Android phone.

  1. Connect the Android device to the PC via USB
  2. Open iTunes on the computer
  3. Go to “Info” and enable “Sync Contacts With
  4. Sign in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing one
  5. Click “Apply” to start the sync
  6. Once the sync is done, switch to the Android phone and log in with the same account used in iTunes
  7. Allow the account to sync contacts with the Android phone

Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts are backed up on your iCloud account, you can access the account on a computer connected to the Internet and export the contacts in a vCard file for Android use.

  1. Open the Internet browser on the computer
  2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/
  3. Sign in with your iCloud account
  4. Go to “Contacts
  5. Select the desired contacts and click “Settings” > “Export vCard
  6. Follow one of the steps below:
    • Open the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to Google Contacts, or:
    • Connect the Android phone to the PC via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and import it to your phonebook using the Contacts app

Using My Contacts Backup:

NOTE: The methods above require a computer with Internet access but you can also share your iPhone contacts using third-party apps. My Contacts Backup is an iOS third-party app you can use to back up and share contacts via email.

  1. Install the app on both phones from the App Store
  2. Open the app and create a vCard of your iPhone contacts
  3. Compose an email and attach the vCard
  4. Send the vCard to your own email address
  5. On the Android device, open the email and download the vCard
  6. Import the vCard to your phonebook using the “Contacts” app

Using Send Anywhere:

NOTE: Send Anywhere is another third-party app you can use on Android and iOS. The app uses a peer-to-peer connection to share contacts and other file types without requiring access to a computer.

  1. Install the app on both phones form their app stores
  2. Launch the app on both phones
  3. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts
  4. Select the desired contacts
  5. Select a transfer method on one of the phones and follow the prompts to complete the process
