Change System Language:

  1. Launch “Settings
  2. Access “Language & Input” and tap “Languages
  3. Select the desired language from the list or tap “Add a language” and select the desired one
  4. Tap and hold the “Menu” icon associated with the desired language
  5. Drag the language and drop it at the top of the list
  6. Optionally, to remove languages tap “Menu” > “Remove” and select the desired languages

Set Wallpapers, Themes, and Transition Effects:

  1. Tap and hold the home screen and go to “Wallpapers
  2. Swipe the screen left or right to browse the wallpapers and select the desired one. Optionally, tap “Gallery” and select a custom image
  3. To set a Theme, tap and hold the home screen and go to “Themes
  4. To change the transition effect for the home screen, tap and hold it and go to “Home” then select a transition

Set a Fingerprint:

  1. Launch “Settings
  2. Access “Security
  3. Tap “Fingerprint
  4. Enter the password, PIN, or lock screen pattern. If you need to set a lock screen option, follow the prompts
  5. Tap “Register” or “Fingerprint
  6. Tap “Add fingerprint
  7. Follow the prompts to add your fingerprint and tap “OK

Manage Fingerprint Actions:

  1. Launch “Settings
  2. Access “Security
  3. Tap “Fingerprint” and enter your password, PIN, or pattern
  4. Select between “Take photo” “Shortcut to a favorite app” and “Answer call
  5. Follow the prompts to set a fingerprint function for the selected option

Use Two Apps in Split Screen:

  1. Tap the “Recent Apps” button
  2. Tap and hold the first app you want to use in Split Screen
  3. Drag and drop the app over “Drag here to use split screen
  4. Select a second app to add to Split Screen mode from the Recent Apps list. Alternatively tap “home” and select an app from the apps drawer

Set the microSD Card as Phone Storage:

NOTE: The process will erase all data on the microSD card.

  1. Open “Settings” and access “Storage
  2. In the “Portable storage” menu, select the microSD card
  3. Tap “Format as internal” > “Erase & Format
  4. You can move data from the internal storage to the microSD card by going to “Settings” > “Storage” > “Internal shared storage” and selecting the microSD card. Then tap “Migrate data” > “Move” to confirm

Reformat the microSD Card as Portable Storage:

NOTE: Reformatting the microSD card will delete all of the data on the card.

  1. Open “Settings
  2. Access “Storage” and select the microSD card
  3. Tap “Format as portable
  4. Tap “Format” to confirm
