Share iPhone Contacts Using iTunes:

NOTE: You can use iTunes on a computer with Internet access to sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. Then you can sync the account data and contacts with the Android phone.

  1. Connect the iPhone to the computer via USB
  2. Open iTunes on the computer
  3. Go to “Info” and enable “Sync Contacts With
  4. Sign in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
  5. Click “Apply” to start the sync
  6. Once done, switch to the Android phone and log in with the same Google account used in iTunes
  7. Set the account to sync contacts with the Android device

Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts are backed up on your iCloud account, you can sign in with the account on a computer with Internet access and export the contacts in a vCard file for use on the Android phone.

  1. Launch the Internet browser on the computer
  2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/
  3. Log in with your iCloud account and go to “Contacts
  4. Select the contacts you want to share then click “Settings” > “Export vCard
  5. Follow one of these steps:
    • Open the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to Google Contacts, or:
    • Connect the Android device to the PC using the USB cord, then transfer the vCard to the phone storage and import it to your phonebook using the Contacts app

Using My Contacts Backup:

NOTE: While the methods above require a computer with Internet access, you can also share your iPhone contacts using third-party apps like My Contacts Backup for iOS. The app can back up and share contacts via email.

  1. Go to the App Store and install the app on your iPhone
  2. Open the app and create a vCard of your iPhone contacts
  3. Compose an email and attach the vCard
  4. Send the vCard to your own email address and switch to the Android phone
  5. Download the vCard on the Android device and import it using the “Contacts” app

Using Send Anywhere:

NOTE: Another third-party app you can use is Send Anywhere for Android and iOS. The app uses a peer-to-peer connection to share contacts without requiring computer access.

  1. Install the app on both phones from their respective app stores
  2. Open the app on both devices
  3. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts
  4. Select the desired contacts and tap “Save
  5. Select a transfer method on one of the phones and follow the prompts to complete the process
