Block Incoming Calls from a Contact/Phone Number:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call blocking”
  4. Enter the phone number you want to block or select an existing contact
  5. Tap “Block” for confirmation

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings” > “Call blocking”
  3. Tap the “X” button next to the phone number or contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Unblock”

Block Messages via Google Messages:

  1. Open Google Messages
  2. Tap the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number whose messages you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Go to “People & Options” and tap “Block [phone number]”
  5. Tap “OK”

NOTE: Future messages received from the blocked contact/ number will be archived. You will not receive notifications for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messages
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  5. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Access the “History” tab
  3. For more details on a call log entry, select it
  4. To reset the call log, tap “Menu” > “Clear call history”
  5. Tap “OK” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to “Always forward”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to. Alternatively, select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward calls “When unanswered” “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  5. Edit or enter the call forwarding phone number, or select a contact
  6. Tap “Update” or “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Tap “Settings” > “Call settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Turn Off”
