Share iPhone Contacts via iTunes:

NOTE: You can use iTunes on a computer with Internet access to sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. Then you can sync the account data and contacts with the Android phone.

  1. Connect the iPhone to the computer via USB
  2. Launch iTunes on the computer
  3. Go to Info and enable Sync Contacts With
  4. Sign in with your Google account or click Configure and select an existing account
  5. Click Apply to start the sync
  6. Once the process completes, sign in with the same account used in iTunes and allow the account to sync contacts with the Android phone

Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts are backed up on your iCloud account, you can log in with the account on a computer with Internet access and export the contacts in a vCard file for Android use.

  1. Open the Internet browser on the computer
  2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/
  3. Sign in with your iCloud account
  4. Go to Contacts and select the desired contacts
  5. Click Settings > Export vCard
  6. After the process completes, follow one of the steps below:
    • Open the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to your phonebook using Google Contacts, or:
    • Connect the Android phone to the computer via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and use the Contacts app on the phone to import the vCard

Using My Contacts Backup:

NOTE: While the methods above require a computer with Internet access, alternatively you can share your iPhone contacts using third-party apps. My Contacts Backup is an iOS third-party app you can use to back up and share contacts via email.

  1. Install the app on the phone from the App Store
  2. Launch the app and create a vCard of your iPhone contacts
  3. Compose an email and attach the vCard
  4. Send the email to your own email address
  5. Switch to the Android phone, open the email and download the vCard
  6. Import the vCard to your phonebook via the Contacts app

Using Send Anywhere:

NOTE: Another third-party app you can use for Android and iOS is Send Anywhere. The app uses a peer-to-peer connection to share contacts and other file types, cross-platform, without requiring computer access.

  1. Install the app on both phones from their respective app stores
  2. Open the app on both phones
  3. On the iPhone, tap Send > Contacts
  4. Select the desired contacts
  5. Select a transfer method on one of the phones and follow the prompts to complete the process
