Block Incoming Calls from a Contact/Phone Number:

  1. Launch “Phone
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings
  3. Tap “Call blocking
  4. Enter the phone number you want to block or select a contact from your phonebook
  5. Tap “Block” to confirm

Unblock Calls from a Contact/Phone Number:

  1. Open “Phone
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings
  3. Tap “Call blocking
  4. Tap the “X” icon associated with the phone number you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Unblock” to confirm

Block Messages via Google Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messages
  2. Tap and hold the contact/phone number whose messages you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
  5. Press “OK” to confirm

NOTE: blocked messages will be archived and notification alerts will be disabled for all of the archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messages
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived
  3. Select the phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options
  5. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone
  2. Go to the “History” tab
  3. Tap a call log entry for more details
  4. To reset the call log, tap “Menu” > “Clear call history
  5. Tap “OK” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding
  4. Select “Always forward
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact
  6. Tap “Turn On

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings
  3. Tap “Call forwarding
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn On” or “Update

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings
  3. Go to “Call settings” > “Call forwarding
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Turn Off” to confirm
