Transfer Audio Files from a PC:

  1. Connect the Android phone to the PC via USB
  2. On the phone, enable “Media File” at the prompt or from the Notification area
  3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
  4. Locate the audio files on the computer storage
  5. Copy and paste the desired audio files to the phone storage, preferably in the “Ringtones” and “notifications” folders
  6. Once the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB port

Change the Phone’s General Ringtone:

  1. Launch “Settings
  2. Go to “Sound
  3. Tap “Phone Ringtone
  4. Select the desired ringtone

Change a Specific Contact’s Ringtone:

NOTE: You can’t set custom ringtones for contacts stored on the device’s internal memory or the SIM card.

  1. Open “Contacts
  2. Tap and hold the desired contact
  3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu
  4. Tap “Set ringtone
  5. Select the desired ringtone
  6. Press “Save

Change Notification Ringtones:

  1. Launch “Settings
  2. Access “Sound
  3. Tap “Default notification sound
  4. Select the desired notification ringtone

Manage Emergency Alert:

  1. Open “Messages
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings
  3. Access “Wireless alerts
  4. Enable or disable “Allow alerts” “AMBER alerts” “Extreme threats” and “Severe threats
