Block Calls from a Contact/Phone Number:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call blocking”
  4. Enter the phone number you want to block or select a contact from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Block”

Unblock Calls from a Phone Number/Contact:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call blocking”
  4. Tap the “X” button associated with the phone number you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Unblock” to confirm

Block Messages via Google Messages:

  1. Open Google Messages
  2. Tap and hold the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number whose messages you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options” > “Block [phone number]”
  4. Press “OK” to confirm

NOTE: Blocked messages will be archived, and you will no longer receive notifications for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messages and tap “Menu”
  2. Access “Archived”
  3. Select the desired phone number
  4. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options” > “Unblock [phone number]”

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “History”
  3. For more details on a call log entry, select it
  4. To clear the call log, tap “Menu” > “Clear call history” > “OK”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding” and select to “Always forward”
  4. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When busy” “When unanswered” or “When unreachable”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn ON’ or “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Access “Settings” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Turn Off” to confirm
