HI,

I am new to the forum and need some assistance in finding a replacement battery for a Surge Volt 5XL cell phone. The battery has no manufacturer information other than the S/N: 2018060006032, and is a 2000maH, 3.8 V, 7.6 WH Li-IOn battery.

The phone is one of the free gov't phones and came from True Wireless. If you have ever dealt with these people, you will appreciate the problems I have had in getting a replacement battery.

Any help would be appreciated.

I would start with googling S/N or the technical characteristics or contacting people you got it from
