Hi,

I'm moving to Buffalo, NY and want to find the least expensive provider who will offer the most anytime minutes for least. I realize that unlimited anytime minutes might be tough to find for cheap. But, anything close would be much appreciative.

I am on a $199/month Nextel UNLIMITED Plan.
It's really nice. I also have Cingular, T-Mobile, and At&t. They are all very good except AT&T. T-Mobile is good and cheap.

T-Mobile and Cingular. If you live in the correct area, then you can get Metro PCS for like $39.99 a month and it comes with unlimited minutes, but the downside is that MetroPCS is only for like 3 or 4 metro areas in the entire US...
