Saw an ad in the paper here for these guys, and the prices for their wireless plans seem pretty good, but I've never heard anything about them. Anyone have any experience with them, good, bad, or otherwise?

They are a GSM reseller. They don't give a coverage map. They look to offer a certain amount of minute without rollover. If you don't sign up for a contract you can pay month-to-month, but have to pay full price for the phone. If you want the discount you need to sign up for 1-3 years.
If you use less than 200 minutes/month there are better deals out their. Net10 or Tmobile prepaid, for example. But at $20/mo and above you hit the sweet spot, $20=250 minutes. That is a really good per minute rate. $35=500 minutes. $45=750 is okay. There are providers that will give you 1000 min/month for $40 plus taxes and junk fees.
Some good, all phones come unlocked, free antenna signal booster.
Some bad, $30 activation, $75 fee for not returning their SIM upon canceling, no coverage map.

Once you find out coverage, it sounds like a good deal if you will use 200-500 min/month, and you don't mind paying some extra fees.

    Re: DCI Telecom?

I am a cliente of DCI TELECOM for close to six years and I have to tell yo that I pay my bills in a way that I always have a negative balance,I pay cash, that is to say, at the end of the billing period they owed me money the result is next bill I pay less that the full amount, and again I give them a bit more than the total amount and so on all the time. I would think they would appreciate such a client. NO SIR!. Of late my credit card was cancelled and I did not get a new one for a while, they need one to get you in case you do not pay your bills. They took action against me and cancelled my cellular line. I am fighting with them to have it restore. Meanwhile they keep sending invoices for the services I am not getting because they cancel them. They claim I still have to pay for not complying with therms of the agreement. After so many years I could not remember what the contract says, so I ask a prove of it, which they sent me. The terms are such a mess of legal jargon that I think it would take a good lawyer to unravel it.. Of course I would not engage in a legal fight, it would be foolish
