I am very new to using cell phones, and am a freshman in high school. I would most likely be paying for a lot of this myself, so i need a VERY cheap plan. I don't care how many anytime minutes there are. I am planning to use the phone for just emergencies, or quickly letting my parents know where i am. However, i want unlimited weekend minutes so that i can get some chatting done ^_^ I also would like a flip-open phone so that i can fit the phone in my pocket. I am hoping for a plan that would only be like $10 a month, i do not know if this is possible. Alltel would be my preferred service provider, but i am open to anything that will give me unlimited weekend minutes cheaply. Thanks a lot!

Thanks for the help, i looked at both those sites, and still have not found anything in my price range. It seems that there are no plans under $29.99 per month. I would not be using the phone enough to justify that amount. However, i would use it too much for a pre-paid service to be much good, it would end up being about that expensive also. If anyone has any farther ideas, that would be great! Otherwise, i may wait until i have a steady job to get a cell ^_^
