Hello all,
I'm new to the forum.
I'm watching the "iPhone" launch with great interest. It's a phone I may want to purchase in the near future.
My question is whether I can start up with a new service plan with AT&T in order to get and activate an iPhone, and keep my current service plan with Sprint?
I have about 18 months left on my Sprint contract and my wife and son are also on the Sprint plan. So can I have two active plans at the same time with two different service providers?
I realize that I would have to accept assignment of a new cell number with the new "AT&T" plan and I don't mind doing that. When the sprint plan expires in 18 months my wife and son could switch over to my "AT&T" plan.
Any thoughts or comments on this would be appreciated.
Thanks,
DH
