Since you are 15, the best bet for you might be a prepaid phone. Since it sounds like you like the Motorola RAZR, I suggest buying an unlocked GSM version of the phone and then looking into either AT&T's goPhone program, or T-Mobile ToGo. With a prepaid phone you can control your spending every month by paying for only the minutes you use, and you can buy more minutes with cash in the store, since I am assuming you do not have a credit card.
