There's bound to be a few problems you're a no-name brand trying to produce an Android handset from a no-name ODM and it looks like Kogan's going through those agravating pains right now. Agora, an Australian company, still says that the Agora and Agora Pro will ship before the end of January, which is still a bit of a wait, but it looks like they've got the tweaks just about complete to the phone's design.
