I had joined this company and was very excited but soon began to realize it was just a bunch of hype with no real product to speak of. Even if they were to get it all together they would most likely fail because of all the bad publicity so far. They should have put all their ducks in a row before marketing. I'm looking into a company right now that seems to have it all together. The phone service will be live soon. I am going to purchase a phone and service as soon as they go live and test it. If its not just more hype, smoke and mirrors I'll let everyone in on it.

All I know is that I posted this thread as a question and it turned into a marketing campaign. Just a bunch of newbie accounts going on and on with sales pitches. So please don't post any sales pitches here.

Yeah, I was wondering what would happen with that award. Zer01 won the award based on their future plans of offering a unique service, but now that it has been found out that it is most likely a scam; they didn't want to let Zer01 keep promoting themselves using that aware. I just hope no one got ripped off by Zer01, but most likely there will be a lot of complaints going to the FTC and BBB over this issue. I just don't understand how the CEO can be this stupid. Didn't he realize that offering a fake service, would end up getting him into trouble?

I'm pretty sure Zer01 Mobile is a scam. I found several web pages dedicated to selling Vendors Rights. All of the pages had lies about the service running on a 5G network (Which Doesn't Even Exist), and that the service can download giant files within a minute. They have even posted these scams on Ebay; where they again try to sell Vendors Rights. They have also posted Bias reviews; that they "Claimed" were from independent reviewers, but that are so blatant in their biases; that they have to have been written by the same spammers. Zer01 Mobile is NEVER going to offer any service, and when all is said-and-done; a lot of people are going to lose money on this scam. Zer01 Mobile, Buzzirk Mobile, Unified Technologies Group and Global Verge are all part of this scam. So please people, stay away! I don't want anyone to lose money to these criminals.

This doesn't really do anything for Zer01 Mobile. Global Verge might be firing people because of all the false reports and spam, but that doesn't change anything with Zer01. Zer01 still hasn't offered any service, even though they keep taking money from people. They still haven't addressed the issues over their claims of what technologies they are using. And they still haven't sent out any phone to reporters.
