For me to say that I'm new to cell phones is a huge understatement,lol. My credit is in the dumper right now, so any plan that would require a credit check is a no go. I won't be talking so much on my phone, but I'll be using the internet and GPS a lot (Mapquest isn't my friend). I was looking at Boost Mobile, but looks like I live in one of the few states that they don't cover (Rhode Island).
