I ported my phone number from sprint pcs to tracfone over a year ago. Last week I get a message that my sim is unregistered. Long story short. they tell me that they need to send me a new sim card, but guarantee that I will keep my number. I recieved the new sim card today, activated it and, bamn!, my old number is lost. All the rep can say is that she's sorry but my number I was supposed to be able to keep has expired and that i have a new number. Any way to get my old number back??? I've had it for about 10years and have a ton of business contacts associated with the phone. Need help!!!
