Free-in calling

Doesn't log missed calls when phone is off. PRICE! Contract.
what can a provider do to keep you a loyal customer?
Make non-contract plans competitive. Lower Price, log phone calls so i dont have to drain my battery to know who calls me. All pertaining to Verizon, but I hear T-mobile has cheaper contract rates if you use your own phone

AT&T Mobility and Cingular Wireless and AT&T Wireless, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Alltel.

Large coverage area, great customer service, you pay for what you get.

The cost is slowly rising and many features are being forced.

what can a provider do to keep you a loyal customer?

Provide the services exactly as I'm paying for them. Customer service is also KEY.
