so i am currently with Verizon Wireless and i was texting an AT&T carrier and i was wondering if that at&t carrier called up the service center can they get copys of text that i sent to them without my consent or can they just see what they sent to me...because they think they can but that would be against some sort of law without my consent right????

any feedback would be greatly apprieacated

    Re: is it true

Wireless carriers usually lack the ability to track text message content.

Usually it is something that the police requests the carrier to START doing...meaning that the police call up Verizon and say "From now on, we want a copy of all the texts this person is sending/receiving"...they don't just keep copies laying around.
