I am a current Sprint subscriber, and I am very frustrated with the poor quality of the service. 75% of my calls get dropped, and this has been going on for 2-3 months. I am out of patience with this premium provider. I am considering Zact. The coverage map seems almost too good to be true. Has anyone had any experience with this provider? If this isn't some type of scam, it almost seems like a no brainer since they have a 30 day return policy. Has anyone had any experience with Zact, or are
there any unbiased ratings on this or the other discount prepaid providers?

My Verizon contract is up in December. I plan on getting a Zact phone and trying it before I cancel my contract. They do charge a $35 restocking fee, but If I leave Verizon I can save that many times over. If you do it before December, please post your results. If not, I will tell you mine sometime in January. Personally, to get out from under Verizon I will buy a booster for my home if necessary. The $300 will be equal to just 4 months of my Verizon bill. I can't see a downside here.

Zact uses Sprint's network, so the service should be just as good as Sprint.

    Ting is another option.
