I normally try not to do anything of a secure personal nature from my phone, but the other day I was out and wanted to check my bank balance. I didn't do it because I don't have anything on my phone (that I know of) to make a secure connection to my account information. Does anyone have advice for making my phone secure?

Re: Best Android security
I believe via browser as bank apps are already secure.

Yes, I would be using a browser. One of my banks has an app, but the other one doesn't. I actually don't even have the app for the one that does have it. Is that secure enough to trust when I access my personal information?

Re: Best Android security
If it says https at the beginning of the URL in the address bar, it should be secure. Make sure you typed in the URL correctly, so you don't get to a site that looks like it is your bank but really isn't.
You can never be 100% sure though. There can always be security risks.
