Always on Daydream?

Is it possible to get Android's Daydream screen to stay always-on?

I can see that you can download new Daydream apps so that you can see notifications. The only problem is that the maximum time I can set Daydream to is 1 hour, then the screen goes off.

Also is there a way to pin Daydream onto the home screen. At the minute it activates when I plug a charger in but if I want to activate to lock the screen then I have to go find it in the settings?

I asked last week if anyone knew if it is normal for the sound to be pretty quiet on this phone and if this is a fault or just the way it is?
