I remember one that was made by microsoft which was a free program. Microsoft Animated Gif Maker? Otherwise I just use PS

You can get a free trial of Jasc Animation Shop from: Hidden Content
It's how I started making animations years ago when I was like 12... it's now a very afordable solution comparred to the $300+ Adobe and Macromedia alternatives and it's easy to use! does anyone kno if the sanyo 8200 supports animated gifs as the main screen sccreensaver? like does it move on the phone or will it be a still image,.. does ANYONE have 411q on this i been lookin this up for days now and its gotten me NO WHERE!!!THERES GOTTA BE A WAY

I use macromedia fireworks, but sorry it isn't free.
