    What's a good program to edit the extention (.jpg, .gif, etc...) AND resize the image?

    I like Paint Shop Pro, its a nice program and is very cheap.

    i have jasc paint shop pro, but it wont resize it to what i need, any other things i can use, i need to get something to resize AND Rename the extentions... any ideas?

    adobe image ready/photoshop both great for it.

    This is a great free program.

    Maybe the GIMP, if you want to do more advanced work.

    I always use Photoshop. Some programs that come with the USB cables really mess up the quality of the image.

    I always use photoshop - although it's not freeware and it can take a long time to load on slow machines, but it's got some powerful features compared to all the other 2D graphics packages.

    haha....u can always bust it old school style and use MS Paint.....lol....i mean if all u wanna do is resize
