Software for online delivery of graphics?

Looking for recommended commercial software to purchase to allow distribution of screensaver and wallpaper graphics via the Web. Must allow user to select cell phone model to receive custom version of graphic for their phone and deliver graphic either via WAP browser or SMS to phone.

Hmm, that's an interesting question. I don't know if this will be any help to you or not, but the uploader I use is open-source. Check out the link below (it will not run off a PC you need a server). If this one cannot be configured to your specifications, I'm sure it's not the only open-source uploader software out there. Browse our forums, try the search function, and maybe go to some uploader sites and try to contact them directly for more info?
