i have animated wallpapers when i set them as wallpapers they dont move on my razor

hey how do I create my own animations? Can I use photoshop??

I use Adobe Imageready for all resizing, editing.... Photoshop is for jpgs, still pics. I have only made a couple of animations of my own, and I did those with imageready also.... They weren't all that great, but I think that had more to do with my skill (or lack thereof) than the program.
