while the selction of wallpapers is nice, it does lack the selection of phones. There are basically only 2 sizes available...

Jasc Animation Studio 3 will work... haha you just gotta take the time to actually make it i know it takes a while to draw all the pics and stuff, but its worth it i guess

There are several on download.com. Paintshop pro is great. Its much better than Photoshop for animated gifs.

i downloaded coffeecup gif animator, its only a trial - got only 20 days left. It also leaves a small yellow tea cup on the top lefthand corner. Does the job though

do a search for GIF Construction Set Professional. I found a 7 year old version of it on my comp,I used to use it alot. I think mine is unregistered,but still full-functional
