Need help with IDEN WEBJAL (i730)

hey guys i havent used webjal in like a year or so now cause i havent had my i730 but my i860 broke and i forget how to do this now, when i go to open webjal i get a cant get propper info from server or something like that, PLEASE HELP im gonna need to be walked through this if someone can talk to me on aim would be awesome !!!
