I work at a service center repairing IDEN phones, and I have had a number of phones come in that either A) don't go past the startup screen, or B) display an error once booted up and/or turn off. The only way for my computer to read these phones when they are connected to my PC is to boot then in flashstrap mode. The PC acknowledges that there is a device plugged in, but when I try to run an update or read/write the phone using Super Agent RSS, it gives me errors, saying error -35 the phone cannot be read, or 20212 read error, etc etc. Is there any other way of getting rid of all the software on the phone and making it basically a dead unit so I can load a new codeplug onto it? I haven't been able to find any other programs or anything from my own research that would be able to read the phone when Super Agent can't. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
