Well, assuming it's the same way I delete programs from my Treo 600... go to where the these programs are and hit the MENU key. Where you'll see the option to Delete... Beam... Send... (you get the idea).

Well, you might be in the wrong area of programs that are on your phone. There are different lists (on my Palm...); one is main applications, one is system applications, one is ALL applications... then there's unfiled applications (just to name a few)
Be sure you are in the right menu where the application that you are trying to delete is shown.

    Hello guys...

    (Edit at end of post)

Usually it's not possible to delete programs that are in ROM. These programs are included in the firmware of the phone. There is a way to do it, but it's very involved and dangerous for the phone. If you flash your phone with a modified firmware, the phone could be irremediably damaged and would have to be replaced, and would certainly not be covered under the warranty.

For all practical purposes, it's not possible to do it.

Here's the trick I use on my Kyocera 7135 (another Palm phone), I put all these programs in the "unfiled" category to hide them away. That way they disappear from my "Main" screen...

    Hope this helps

    (edit)Man! Do I feel like a donkey

There is actually a way to remove some programs from your Treo, but, be advised, this is not for the faint-hearted. I do decline all responsibility if you try the method described in the page I found, and will accept NO liability if you kill you Treo... DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK! You have been warned

Now, head over to the mytreo.net, in the FAQs, everything is there...(/edit)
