Maybe a dumb question,
but I have a user with a Treo 600 on T-mobile and want to switch his service to Cingular is this possible.

Yes, you just need to get it unlocked. Usually local wholesale stores carry the unlocking equipment, I would call around and find out.

Its possible. But u'd have to unlock the phone. Check out http://www.coolcellulardeals.com under the Freebies section (left column bottom) There are references to sites that help you do that

I bought an earthlink treo 650 on ebay but it is good for only the U.S. I would like my service provider Cable & Wireless to activate it. Can anyone assist me?
