Treo 650 Contacts

Maybe you all can help me with this.... I put all my contacts into the Palm Desktop program... How can I hotsync them to my phone? Do I need to export a file to excel or something? Thanks in advance!

right click on your hotsync icon down next to your clock in the bottom right corner of your desktop, and go to custom, and make sure that syncronize the files is turned on for contacts, then just hotsync your treo and you should be good to go.
