I have a backup laptop running Windows XP and I need to tether it like I do my primary laptop running Windows Vista. I set the internet connection up like the primary and I can't get it to connect. Alltel tech says the laptop OS doesn't matter and it should work, Earthlink says they can't help. Any suggestions? Thanks
