vibrate upon tapping the screen

I am having trouble tapping the correct place, times, ect. and I was wondering if there is anyway to change the vibration settings so that it vibrates when I tap the screen
ex. while dialing, it would be nice if it vibrated every time I punch in a digit.

Any suggestion would be nice.
