Contact Management

Adding a Contact:

  1. Tap the "Apps" icon while on the home screen
  2. Launch the "Contacts" app
  3. Tap the "Add" icon
  4. Enter the contact's name in the appropriate field
  5. Under "Contact Type", tap the button and select "Phone"
  6. Tap the button under "Phone" to select the phone number type
  7. Enter the contact's phone number in the "Phone" field
  8. Optionally, type in the contact's email address in the "Email" field
  9. Enter any other additional details as you see fit
  10. Tap "Save" when ready

Importing / Exporting Contacts from / to the SD Card:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch the "Contacts" app
  3. Tap "Menu" > "Manage contacts"
  4. Tap "Import / Export contacts" and choose to "Export to SD card" or "Import form SD card"
  5. Select the contacts that you want to copy. Optionally, tap "Menu" > "Select all"
  6. Tap "Save"

Importing / Exporting Contacts from / to the SIM Card:

  1. Tap the "Apps" icon while on the home screen
  2. Tap "Contacts"
  3. Press the "Menu" icon and tap "Manage contacts"
  4. Tap "Import / Export contacts"
  5. Select "Export to SIM card" or "Import form SIM card"
  6. Choose the contacts that you wish to copy. NOTE: to select all of your contacts, press "Menu" and tap "Select all"
  7. Tap "Save"

Adding a Contact to Speed Dial:

  1. Tap the "Phone" icon while viewing a home screen
  2. Tap "Menu" > "Speed dial"
  3. Tap the "Add icon"
  4. Select the desired contact. NOTE: you can use the "Search" field to easily find a contact
  5. Tap the button under "Number" to select the phone number you wish to assign
  6. Under "Location", tap the button and choose an available speed dial number
  7. Tap "Save"

Deleting a Contact:

  1. Launch the apps drawer and open the "Contacts" app
  2. Tap "Menu" > "Delete contacts"
  3. Select the contact(s) that you wish to remove
  4. Tap "Delete" to confirm

Managing Caller Groups

Creating a Caller Group:

  1. From the home screen, tap the "Phone" icon
  2. Tap "Phone" > "Groups". To access the "Groups" tab, slide left to the last tab
  3. Tap the "Add" icon
  4. Type in the desired name for the group
  5. Tap "Save"

Adding Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Launch the "Phone" application
  2. Tap "PHONE" > "Groups"
  3. From the "Groups" tab, select the desired group
  4. Tap the "Add" icon
  5. Mark the check boxes next to the contacts that you wish to add to the group
  6. Tap "Save"
